¶ How to
When you want to do a purchase for a project add it into the shared google sheet.
Complete the highlighted columns.
You can find the purchase status and tracking details(if any) in the google sheet when it's processing.
When you receive the item you ordered please update the status to "received" so if an order is late it can be checked to make sure you receive it as fast as possible.
Purchases will be done on every Wednesday and Friday 3pm - 5pm
Incase you want to purchase something urgently before the mentioned days, drop an email to alaeddin@ahlab.org with the subject "[purchase] [urgent]"
When you search for purchase items first try to find them in "List of shops" mentioned below so we can avoid unnecessary hassle on shipping cost, delivery time, etc.
